These Terms govern access to and use of Shiftful (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Shiftful lets a restaurant create and publish employee shift schedules, collect day-off and shift-swap requests, and manage a table-reservation calendar. Each account ("Restaurant") is isolated: only that Restaurant's owner can manage its data.
New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access, no payment method required. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription, billed monthly. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your payment card details. You can cancel at any time from the billing page — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (employee names, PINs, reservation details) and for keeping your account password confidential. Employee PINs are short codes meant for self-identification within your own team, not secure credentials — don't use them for anything sensitive.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or for violating these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
